Entrepreneurship might feel overwhelming at first, but don’t worry – there are numerous parties and services in Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4 and Central Finland that will be happy to help you succeed. JES\u2019s vision and purpose is to bring together entrepreneurial minded people and inspire them towards entrepreneurship. We work in co-operation with parties that promote entrepreneurship in the Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4 area, and when entrepreneurship is relevant to you, we will be happy to guide you to the right people and actors.<\/p>\n

Yritystehdas is a business incubator operating in the Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4 area. Their aim is to help and train start-up growth entrepreneurs. In addition to this, Yritystehdas cooperates extensively with educational institutions through various courses and projects related to entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

Entrepreneurship does not have to be drilling alone and you should not be left alone with your own questions. If you want to go far, we recommend working your thoughts and ideas together with experts. This will avoid pitfalls and predictable mistakes, identify the strengths of your business idea, provide reassurance for formal applications and, at best, give you a lifelong partner for your business.<\/p>\n

We definitely recommend taking part in JES ry’s Idea JKL or Discovery Tuesday innovation competitions, where you can test the implementation of the idea. We also encourage participation in other JES events as they provide inspiration, expansive entrepreneurial stories and interesting networks.<\/p>\n

I already have a business idea, but how should it be commercialized?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Commercialization refers to the design of a business idea into a model that generates value for the customer and revenue stream for you. Commercialization aims for the best possible earning model and income stream for you, for example, to support yourself in the future. Yritystehdas and K-S Yritysidea will help you to design and commercialize your business idea.<\/p>\n

Where can I get money to try as a student?<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a student, you are sure to be concerned about your financial success and the costs of starting a business. However, there are many ways and avenues to work as an entrepreneur and you may not need a business ID. So to get started, we recommend that you try out your business idea specifically as a light entrepreneur and test its functionality. As an entrepreneur and light entrepreneur, you can earn as much as in paid employment without affecting your student support months.<\/p>\n
